Our Mission
Our Vision
We believe that every animal deserves a quality of life, to be able to move without pain and mobility challenges. Our companion animals give us everything they have, filling our hearts with warmth and comfort. The least we can do is provide compassionate care and rehabilitation to help them, fostering a deeper connection and bond with our animal companions.
At Aura, we are dedicated to offering personalised rehabilitation programmes for your companion animal within a safe and nurturing environment. Our commitment to animal welfare ensures that your furry best friend has the best opportunity to recover and thrive.
Meet Our Family

Doris Ho (aka Dory)
Dip. HSA (UK), Dip. A. Physio (UK)
Co-Founder and
Primary Physiotherapist (Small Animals and Equine)
Dory has always had a strong bond with animals, inspiring her to dedicate her career to improving their lives since 2013.
She began as an assistant at one of Singapore’s first canine hydrotherapy centres, where she saw how hydrotherapy helped dogs with mobility issues. This experience sparked her passion for animal care through hydrotherapy.
In 2015, Dory joined the veterinary industry to deepen her knowledge and gain valuable experience from leading professionals. Her commitment to high-quality animal care grew stronger during this time.
In 2018, she expanded into animal physiotherapy, working with a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and even horses. Helping paralysed animals regain their ability to walk has been one of the most rewarding highlights of her career.
Now, as the founder and primary physiotherapist at AURA, Dory is devoted to improving animal mobility and enhance lives, one animal at a time.

Edmund Ho
Co-Founder, Extroverted Duties
When he’s not busy with AURA’s social media, you’ll find Edmund professionally petting animals, perfecting his not-quite-there barista skills, and finding ways to connect with the community. Definitely sounds like your marketing guy.

Edmund is the proud brother of Doris, and together they’ve built this dream from the ground up— Doris’s vision of a healing sanctuary for animals became their shared passion project. They’re not just business partners; they’re family, united by their love for animals and desire to create a space where healing can happen, both for animals and the people who care for them

Noel Leon Lee
CCAT, DCVCS, SDVCP, SDVWC
Senior Animal Physiotherapist
An avid learner and reader, Noel strive for excellence in his work and life.
Having worked in the animal industry for 10 years and counting, he has never stopped pursuing knowledge in other fields of animal health such as in clinical knowledge, TCM, animal communication and rehabilitation. He believes that each animal and pet exhibits different personalities and love seeing their interactions with one another.
Noel spent his free-time listening to music and cooking his special '一 锅 煮' (one pot wonder). He dreams of swimming with the dolphins and manta rays some day.
