[Session Flow]

🧘‍♀ 25 min of Mat Pilates + 15 mins of Foam Rolling Release for you, led by founder of The Pilates Mvmt, Joey.

🐾 20 minutes: Massage Therapy for dogs, guided by co-founder/animal physiotherapist of AURA, Doris Ho, so you can help your canine companions release tight muscles.
